Vincent brings to the Beacon Bay Project Management Team a wealth of experience in project acquisition, implementation, oversight, and evaluation. In his prior experience as a as a community manager and as a project manager, Vincent is known for skillfully communicating with various stakeholders and following through on projectitems to a client’s satisfaction. For the past four years, he was the lead project manager for Pro-Tec Weatherproofingwhere he regularly interfaced with vendors, managed project scope, and ensured the planning, design, and construction aspects of each project to fulfillment. Before Pro-Tec Weatherproofing, Vincent was the Vice President of Operations for Gold Crown Management, Inc. where he oversaw projects and personnel for 100+ household communities. As Vice President of Operations, Vincent assessed and implemented quality control protocols for all properties under the company umbrella.

Vincent comes from a family with a long history of carpentry and construction. He holds an MFA in Directing from the University of South Carolina where he was also pursued an MFA in Design. Two semesters shy of completing the MFA    in Design, Vincent left the program to accept a job as a Design Consultant for the marketing arm of Symrise Inc., an International House of Fine Fragrance and Flavors. There he designed and constructed three-dimensional space, set, and structures for the purposes of marketing their products. The design projects varied from small table-top pieces to full room exhibits to touring installations for regional and/or international conferences. Vincent was responsible for all aspects of their implementation and completion, including design, sourcing, construction, and installation.

Though the career paths in Vincent’s professional experience have been varied, he continuously held managerialpositions in all of them. Each of these roles have required teamwork, leadership, strong communication, and creativity.He holds standards related to service, presentation, and deliverables in high regard.
