As a well-versed Project Coordinator, I bring 10 years of
construction experience to Beacon Bay. I gained
considerable knowledge and experience from being a part
of ground-up multifamily developments and ground-up
commercial retail buildings at Johnstown Plaza and
Johnstown Plaza Apartments, as well as Ledge Rock Center
and Ledge Rock Apartments located in Johnstown, CO.
Also, I have professional experience in small multifamily 10-
14 unit condos and custom homes in Lake of the Ozarks
(Osage Beach, MO) and Estes Park, CO.

I have experience with all aspects of the project from
creating and proofing contracts, scheduling trades, change
orders, RFIs, submittals, project schedules, scopes of work,
meeting minutes, reading blueprints, takeoffs,
procurement, and much more.

Finally, I am well versed in the following software
platforms: Bluebeam, Builder trend, Procore, Asana, Slack,
Project Microsoft and Corecon.
