Ken spent 18 years as an Analyst and Department Manager with Stater Bros., a leading Southern California supermarket chain, where he worked on the acquisition team in converting and renovating a handful of Stater Bros. Market stores. One example is the $20 million development for Vista Santa Rosa Country Homes in Thermal, CA, where Ken successfully worked with governmental agencies and property management to significantly reposition the retail and office properties in the City of Coachella and Palm Desert.

After completing numerous ground up and complex hotel renovations in Southern California, Ken joined forces with Beacon Bay, which now created an unapparelled synergy. Ken brings his proven ability and experience to all projects that he is assigned. In addition to managing several project managers, Ken handles all of Beacon Bay’s complex and large-scale renovations, which includes the $55 million Furnace Creek redevelopment in Death Valley and the $50 million project in the Grand Canyon.
