Moira Terry has worked for over 20 years as a collaborative project manager of real estate development and new construction projects. Her career began working with builders and developers of residential, mixed use commercial and golf/leisure developments in South Dakota and Colorado. When the housing and leisure markets subsided in the early 2000s, she shifted focus to commercial construction and began working with project management teams to build big box retail and HUD funded accessible housing facilities. It was during this time she was able to fully experience the influence of brand and lifestyle on facilities construction.

As the markets for commercial construction re-emerged, along with her over $600M in development experience, Moira connected with a small but growing hospitality management & development company in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was instantly immersed in the development of hotels, leading site selection and working closely with brand, architects, engineers, consultants and overseeing the in-house general contractor for the ground up development & construction of numerous branded hotels throughout northern Colorado. Her experience includes economy, mid-range, upper mid-scale, extended stay and resort-living master planned new construction & remodel.
