Beacon Bay Project Management is excited to have Kaylie Claire on the team. In her role as Project Coordinator, Kaylie brings extensive experience in management, leadership and customer service to the job.
Kaylie graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also has multiple continuing education certificates for project management. Kaylie is an active member of the Project Management Institute, and she is currently working towards her PMP Certification.
Kaylie was previously a General Manager of The Flat, a restaurant in Greenville, South Carolina. In this capacity, Kaylie introduced and implemented the restaurant’s first inventory system. She was instrumental in recruiting, training and motivating staff through teamwork and skill building.
Kaylie has assisted project managers on over 60 hotel renovations. In this experience, she has also provided financial project management services through e-Builder.
In her free-time, Kaylie enjoys hiking, being outdoors and spending time with loved ones.
Kaylie’s desire to be challenged and her drive to grow make her a perfect fit for the Beacon Bay family.
