As Project Coordinator, Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in management, leadership, and communication to the job. Her knowledge and abilities gained from her time working with the Walt Disney Parks Resort Rehab Team is a great advantage to her role with Beacon Bay.

In her role as Project Coordinator, Jamie has experience working with Executives and Project Managers at Beacon Bay on over 50 renovation projects. Some of Jamie’s daily responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of projects from planning to closeout, including the project budget, contract administration, PIP, RFP’s, RFI’s, due diligence, expediting reports, meeting minutes, and project status reports, and closeout completion. 

Jamie is also skilled in using multiple financial project management systems such as SAP, Quickbooks, Computer Ease, and PMWeb. Jamie has experience submitting and tracking all contracts, change orders, payment applications and invoices, lien releases, RFI’s, and submittals on projects. She also has experience reconciling financials.

In her free-time, Jamie enjoys music festivals and going to the theme parks in the Orlando area.
