- Scope of Work– Renovation of 150 guestrooms, Public Spaces, Façade & Coatings, Structural Remediation, ADA and complete upgrade to Fire Life Safety Systems.
- Overview– The Reach project was a brand conversion from a Waldorf Astoria, to a Curio Collection by Hilton. A full renovation of the resort guestrooms & exterior corridors, façade work and structural repairs. The renovation included the demolition and installation of new fixtures, finishes, case goods, tub to shower conversions and ADA upgrades. The renovation to the Public Areas included the lobby, a new restaurant, courtyard refresh and 2nd floor meeting rooms.
