Scope of Work – Public space, corridor, and guestroom renovation, including fitness center, meeting rooms, pool, Porch Kitchen + Bar restaurant, and Starbucks

Overview – Louisville Marriott Downtown is a full-service hotel with Starbucks and the award-winning Porch Kitchen + Bar. The public space renovation started in 2017 and the guestroom renovation started in 2018 – all custom designed by RLJ (with Brand approval).
