Shayana de Faria is the e-Builder & Project Systems Specialist for Beacon Bay Project Management. She is an incredible asset to not only Beacon Bay, but our clients as well. She is highly flexible, solution-focused and resourceful project manager offering years of extensive hands-on experience in project management, supply chain, procurement/vendor management, marketing strategy & business growth.

Outstanding IT skills in the areas of developing project strategies, team building, project & budget monitoring, project scheduling, and project scope development. Adept at analyzing critical requirements, identify deficiencies and communicating with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency in accordance with company policies, standards, and systems to achieve short and long-term organizational goals.

Shayana joins us from DX Trim Enterprises LLC, where she was a Project Manager. In this role, she championed and enhanced project quality control compliance by managing the development and implementation of project control standards and procedures. Shayana also consolidated client satisfaction and retention as well as reduced data discrepancies through diligent record organization and document management.

Previously, Shayana was the Operations Manager at Florida Supplier Diversity Development Council. Here, she trained staff members on changes, updates and revisions of the Quality Management System. She successfully identified beneficial procurement opportunities by liaising with 600+ certified suppliers and 150+ procurement representatives. She also identified and secured 8 major contracts in a 6-month period.

Originally from Brazil, Shayana speaks Portuguese, Spanish, English and Italian. You never know where Shayana might be in her free time. She’s a former Brazilian professional soccer player (following in dad’s footsteps), loves to hang out with her friends and has a passion for traveling. She has a goal of visiting 60 countries and has hit 24 so far.
