As the CFO of Beacon Bay Project Management, Shannon has nearly two decades of multi-family project management and development experience. Co-founded with her husband in 2004, Beacon Bay has grown to manage over $1.2 billion in development, new-build, and renovation projects around the country. With over 300 projects within the last 5 years alone, Shannon hopes to exponentially grow the company size within the coming years. In her career, Shannon has been involved in the renovation and conversion of over 4,000 multi-family units and was trusted to acquire, management, renovate, and sell over $500 million in assets.

Prior to BBPM, Shannon worked for Fortune Capital Partners (FCP), a condominium conversion, real estate development and investment firm. Starting as a Processing Manager, she was rapidly promoted to Project Manager, where she oversaw four large conversion projects in the Miami-Dade, Florida area. During her career with FCP, Shannon learned numerous aspects of the multi-family industry and developed her skills as a Construction Manager in one of the most challenging construction markets in the nation. As the company grew, Shannon was recognized for her fervent project management skills and was promoted to Regional Project Manager. Shannon was then given the opportunity to open and manage FCP’s Central Florida office. She successfully operated and renovated six projects in four different cities concurrently and brought state-wide status to the Miami based company. Not only was she one of FCP’s longest tenured project managers, she was also heavily relied on for her acquisitions research and broad knowledge of Florida’s real estate market.

Shannon’s career began as a Processing Manager for Crescent Heights Investment, a national leader in the condominium conversion industry. In less than two years, Shannon was responsible for closing $90 million in end loan transitions. The experience with Crescent Heights, while intense and demanding, proved to be invaluable and helped to shape Shannon’s career.

As a mother of four, Shannon excels in crisis management. No project detail is overlooked or ignored. With the help of the firm’s handpicked team, Shannon plans to make Beacon Bay Project Management a national name in the industry.
