Nick Muller is a detail-oriented accountant who brings organization to the finances at Beacon Bay Project Management. With over 9 years of experience, Nick joined Beacon Bay in 2017 as the Finance Manager.
Nick began his career by earning his dual degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida in 2007. Upon graduating, he worked as an Internal Auditor for Brown & Brown for 2 years where he followed audit plans for internal compliance. In 2010, Nick became an Accounting Contractor and Consultant for various companies including Disney, Siemens Energy, BeMedia, YourWeddingTV, Carr Riggs & Ingram, and Fulford Van & Storage. In these roles, he served as the lead financial analyst where is was responsible for over $200 million in revenue using POC accounting. Nick managed a team of 40 through a $500k revenue commercial furniture fixtures and equipment project. He also served as the Project Accountant where he forecasted the weekly job cost, labor analysis, budget, and change order management processes.
In 2014, Nick transferred into Hilton Grand Vacations as the Accountant of Construction and Inventory. Here Nick performed cost of sales analysis, reacquired inventory, and worked to create efficiencies. He provided CapEx inventory buyback summaries and facilitated a four-year audit for all cost of sales. Nick developed a new automated business intelligence model which created savings. His successes in this role allowed for his quick promotion into the Senior Accountant role.
Nick’s attention to detail and financial experience is a welcomed addition to the Beacon Bay project accounting services team. His dedication to each project is evident. Nick is a team-player with a willingness to remain flexible throughout the course of each project. His vast experience and skills serve as a basis to provide services to clients with various auditing and accounting needs.
