With over 40 years of construction and project management experience, Greg comes to Beacon Bay Project Management with a wealth of knowledge. His dedication and experience make him a successful part of any Beacon Bay project.
Greg began his career in 1976 when he opened his own commercial and residential masonry business. He oversaw and managed many projects in his 25 years of ownership. Greg sold his business when he moved into commercial and residential carpentry as the Crew Supervisor with Tom Albanese Construction in 2001. Greg was in this role for nearly 13 years where he worked through client relations and project estimating. He managed large projects with multiple team members, including the Hancock International Airport in Syracuse, NY.
Greg transitioned into hospitality project management when he moved to Las Vegas in 2015, where he began work on The Venetian Hotel for the Las Vegas SANDs Corporation as a Construction Consultant. Here, he oversaw the general contractors as they worked on guestroom renovations. He learned attention to detail while he provided thorough quality control punch lists.
In 2016, he continued his hotel renovation career with Thomas Moore Associates as the Construction Manager. He provided project management services at The Lexington Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott® at 5th Avenue, and the Courtyard by Marriott Midtown in New York City.
In his role with Beacon Bay, Greg has worked on the Palazzo Suite refresh with the Las Vegas SANDs Corporation. Greg has proven himself to be a team player who is committed to using his knowledge in the best way to help Beacon Bay’s clients receive superior project management services.
