With experience at all levels of construction as a laborer, superintendent, project engineer and now project manager. Daniel has excelled rapidly and shown proficiency with completing daily tasks while maintaining overall schedules and hitting key project deadlines. Daniel started in this industry working as a laborer for various local general contractors in the summers that eventually led him to 3 years of summer internships with CapRock Building Group while in college. Upon graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Technology, with a focus in Construction Management and Building Science, Daniel began working full-time as a Project Engineer at CapRock.

While at CapRock, Daniel successfully helped manage and oversee numerous multimillion-dollar senior living, multi-family and commercial projects. Daniel left CapRock for a more challenging position with Beacon Bay Project Management in 2018 and has since worked on 25+ projects ranging from select and full-service hotels to all-inclusive vacation resorts. Daniel has vast experience with hospitality brands such as Marriott International, Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt, and IHG.
