As Project Engineer, Christi brings over 10 years of industry knowledge and experience to the Beacon Bay Project Management team. Her experience in completing time-sensitive and detailed projects on budget and on time has been proven many times.

Christi began her career in the U.S. Marine Corps, learning a variety of skills that she uses every day. After her honorable discharge, Christi moved into the role of Corporate Purchasing Coordinator for Grand Pacific Resorts, a privately-owned timeshare company in Carlsbad, CA. She began as the of Receptionist, but was quickly promoted to Insurance Assistant, then Operations Administrative Support, and finally to Senior Administrative Assistant.

During the course of her career, Christi has been involved in successfully managing FF&E purchasing and installation of newly developed timeshare units. She also generated and maintained budgets, construction contracts, and various reports. She assisted with company special projects and events and completed administrative tasks, while effectively providing support to her superiors.

Christi originally joined the Beacon Bay family as a Project Administrator where she was responsible for was responsible for procurement, permitting, site inspections, project expense reconciliation, project schedule tracking, and contract administration. Her experience and project management skills were quickly realized and she was promoted to Project Engineer. In this current role, she oversees FF&E purchasing, insurance document verification, assisting in new development Project Management, and assisting Executive level professionals.

Her attention to detail and ability to self-motivate makes her a great fit for any project.
