As Project Manager, Benjamin brings a mix of creative and technical expertise to Beacon Bay’s company objectives to ensure consistent project success. Having roots in construction, Benjamin brings his love for Branding to Construction and Project Management Services.

Benjamin graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. During his time at UCF, Benjamin focused his studies on Market Research and Analysis, Digital Media Marketing, and Business Finance. More recently, Benjamin spent a few years in the field working directly under a Construction Manager as an Iron Worker, building multi-use storage facilities and other rigid frame buildings.

After joining Beacon Bay in 2015, Benjamin worked under a seasoned Project Manager to help oversee the conversion of the Nickelodeon Resort Orlando to a Holiday Inn Resort Suites and Waterpark. Additionally, Benjamin has taken the lead on several due diligence projects for Beacon Bay, where he was responsible for the coordination and facilitation of various consultants in their respected site-reviews, inspections and overall property conditions assessments.

Currently working in Marriott Vacation Club Crystal Shores in Marco Island, FL, Benjamin can utilize his experience to focus on all the details of the renovation process. His previous work as the Brand Manager enables him to focus on the brand image while ensuring consistency throughout outgoing collateral to clients. Benjamin strives to maintain Beacon Bay’s brand image and ensure consistency throughout outgoing collateral to clients, from basic company information to detailed proposals.
