Kevin’s passion for Building Design and Construction Process started in high school, while working as a laborer for Coastland Construction during multiple summers. The experience obtained during those years and his interest in the industry led him to earning Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University.

Kevin gained trust with the Coastland team and after graduating was hired full-time as a Junior Estimator. He was quickly promoted to the field as an Assistant Project Manager and gained a wealth of experience in a range of construction project applications. Kevin helped manage and oversee countless multimillion-dollar projects including the Hilton Resort in Bakers Cay, a 44-unit condominium building on the luxurious island of Bay Harbor, and a 245-unit apartment complex in Miami Gardens.

Kevin excels in managing projects from the early stages of conceptual design through planning and construction. He works together with clients, design professionals and project-related personnel on coordination, scheduling, and implementation of the project details in order to build a successful project.  Kevin is proficient in Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Plant Swift, and On-Screen Takeoff.

Kevin’s light-hearted yet ambitious personality, his diligence and hunger to learn and grow shows in his work ethic and the reason he has joined the Beacon Bay team. His attention to detail and communication skills are ideal for his role as Beacon Bay’s Field Project Manager.
